29 Mar REVIEW OF THE WALTHER LGV MASTER PRO BY W. C. CUTHBERT
I recently bought a Walther .177 LGV Master Pro, I normally shoot PCP and I grew up with spring rifles and always liked the fact that there was no air to run out when your in the middle of nowhere and your car is miles away. My mate had a Walther Terrus and it shot really nice, the trigger was really light and crisp so I thought I would jump up the ladder and get the Walther Master Pro in .177. I’m really glad I did as it’s as good as my Brocock Compatto for accuracy. I’ve shot out to 40 meters 1/4 inch groups with no problem, I’m as surprised as I’m writing this. The gun is so smooth and very quiet, I’ve got a Huggett Belita, it’s a short silencer but very effective, it’s quieter than the Compatto.
I’ve been very surprised with this rifle I would never have believed it, I’m a very happy man, it’s a bit heavy so I’ve put a sling on it. I have an MTC UL scope on it and it’s like they’re made for each other, rabbits beware! Would anyone like to buy a Compatto? lol.
